Your Winetraqr account settings allow you to control your personal profile, security preferences, and winery team memberships. ## Updating your profile You can keep your profile information up to date from the **account** section of your dashboard. ### Changing your profile picture 1. Navigate to **Account** > **General** 2. In the **profile photo** section, click on your current avatar or the "Change" button 3. Select a new image from your device 4. Your new photo will be updated instantly across the platform ### Updating personal information Under the **profile** section, you can update your: - **Full name** - How you appear to your team members - **Email address** - Used for login and all winery communications ## Managing your teams Winetraqr is built around **teams**, which represent your winery or organization. ### Viewing your teams Navigate to **Account** > **Teams** to see a list of all wineries you belong to. From here, you can see your role in each team (Owner, Admin, or Member). ### Switching between wineries If you manage multiple wineries, you can switch between them using the winery selector in the top navigation bar. This will update your dashboard to show the wines and tracking data for that specific team. <Callout type="info"> To invite new members to your team, check out our [Inviting your team](/help/teammate-management) guide. </Callout> ## Security and password To update your login credentials: 1. Go to **Account** > **Security** 2. Here you can change your password or enable additional security features if available ## Deleting your account We're sorry to see you go! If you decide to close your Winetraqr account: 1. Navigate to **Account** > **General** 2. Scroll to the bottom to find the **delete account** section 3. Click the **"Delete account"** button 4. Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts <Callout type="danger"> **Warning**: Deleting your account is permanent. This will instantly remove all your wines, QR codes, tracking data, and team memberships. This action cannot be undone. </Callout> If you are the **Owner** of a winery team with other members, you may need to transfer ownership or remove all other members before you can delete your account.
